Junior membership cards are green and are now valid until the member reaches the age of sixteen provided their parent/guardian remains a fully paid up member.

General Questions & Answers

ALL RED MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

Will application forms be sent to branches?

ALL RED memberships can be purchased online or via the phone. Paper applications are no longer produced.

Will the new ALLRED membership cards be the smart cards, which will be equipped with a magnetic stripe and containing all necessary information of the owner?

Yes, all fancard holders, members and season ticket holders have the same style cards.

Do branch members have to bring their Member card into the stadium?

Yes, branch members will need to have their membership card with them in order to swipe in through the turnstiles. This is referred to as Smart Card Access.

If we have 50 members, do they all have to sign up to ALL RED membership, eg if we enrolled 20 members in the system, would we still be able to apply for 40 tickets?

The number of tickets that you receive will be proportionate to the number of ALL RED members that you have in your branch. So, if you have 20 members, you will not be allocated 40 tickets.

Do ALL RED members who are linked to an official branch have ticket priority over those individuals not linked with a branch?

Yes; only these members can apply through the branch.

Can the branch collect payment on behalf of its members and do a bulk purchase of ALL RED Memberships ie, the ALL RED memberships would be in the name of the individual members?

Yes, but the branch secretary would need to have the name, address, date of birth, mobile number and email address for all concerned.

When will the ALL RED memberships expire, i.e. 12 months from date of purchase or on 31st May 2011?

31st May 2011.

Is there a time scale for fans to join the ALL RED membership?

All branch members must join the ALL RED membership by 31st August 2010 in order for their membership to be included in the branch ticket applications in January 2011.

If somebody joins on or after August 31 2010, what would be their expiry date?
31st May 2011.

For family applications, will the whole family have to join the ALL RED membership scheme?

If they each want a ticket, they will each need an ALL RED membership

What do branch members that have ticked the auto renewal option have to do?

An information letter has been sent to all members that have enrolled onto the auto renewal option. Further information on how to register these with a branch will be available in due course.

Do all existing members have to rejoin the ALL RED membership? Some of our members enrolled on the promotional campaign which gave a membership until May 2011. How do these members register with a branch?

Members will need to provide their details to the branch.

What if membership payments have already been collected from members, but the branch does not have their individual email and password to renew for them. Should payment be returned and members advised to enrol/join via the URL themselves?

The branch can either obtain the details needed to apply online or return the payment and provide the branch URL/link to the member so that they can join and be registered with their branch.

TICKETING QUESTIONS

From 1st January 2011, will our match-day tickets be credited to membership cards held by branch members, meaning that paper tickets will not be sent out?

This is correct. Membership cards will be activated for turnstile entry; therefore no paper tickets will be dispatched to the branches.

Will the Club use the same membership numbers all the time or how will the Club know which numbers to use?

The branch will provide a list of membership numbers to be activated for a particular game.

Will the branch number be on the ticket?

No, the branch reference number will not be printed on the ticket.

What will our members use on the day of the match to gain entry to the ground and is there any special requirements?

Each branch member will use their own membership card in order to gain access to the stadium.

How do we know which individual members get tickets for which matches if the emails go directly to the members and if for example we apply 40 tickets with ALL RED memberships and we as a branch only receive 20 tickets from the club, how does the branch decide which 20 receive the tickets?

The branch will provide a list of membership numbers to be activated for a particular game.

Does the membership card work on a credit basis or past history, ie would you have to attend a certain number of matches in order to apply for tickets to another particular game?

No, the branch allocations do not work on the pre-requisite basis, as for example, in some of the Member’ Sales.

If all members purchased an ALL RED membership, would this take away the point of being a member of a branch as the individual could now make an application for tickets?

Tickets will be allocated based on the number of ALL RED members within it. So, the more members you have, the better your chances are of obtaining more tickets.

What would happen if a branch applies for 40 tickets and only receives 20 Who decides who get the tickets?

The branch will decide which 20 membership numbers to provide to the Club in order to process the seats.

Do members who only go once a year get penalised in terms of a loyalty based allocation? And if so is this ongoing?

No, the allocation is based at branch level, not member level.

Can we link children and adults (ie families) ALL RED membership cards as to enable to obtain seats together?

Yes, there is no problem with doing this.

Can Junior ALL RED Members apply for Adult Tickets?

Yes, there is no problem with this.

We are still awaiting information from Liverpool Football Club regading the All Red membership scheme.

Please await further information before you join this scheme, we hope to have this with you early next week, we too are as eager as you are to get this sorted.

Europa League – Possible Fixture change

July 17th, 2010

UEFA have confirmed that should both Macedonian teams FK Rabotnicki and FK Teteks qualify for the Europa League third qualifying round, Liverpool’s home and away legs will be switched.

This would mean that the away leg would move to Thursday July 29, with the return at Anfield on Thursday August 5.

However, should either Macedonia team not qualify, the fixtures will remain as originally scheduled.

Confirmation of any potential changes will not be possible until the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round matches are completed on the evening of Thursday July 22.

“Carra” Testimonial – Ticket news

July 15th, 2010

TICKET plans have been announced for Jamie Carragher’s Testimonial match to be played at Anfield on Saturday, September 4 (kick-off 2pm). All profits from the clash – a Liverpool XI v Everton XI – will be donated to various children’s charities in Merseyside via the 23 Foundation. All tickets for this match are priced at £20. Tickets for the game will be available from tomorrow (Friday, July 16).

Please note that tickets purchased online will be subject to a £2.50 per ticket booking fee.

The likes Robbie Fowler, Steve McManaman, Dietmar Hamann, Jamie Redknapp and Michael Owen are due to take part, with all profits going to good causes via the 23 Foundation.

Current Blues boss David Moyes is set to manage the Everton XI.

If you are interested in the above, we will look to run some sort of transport to Anfield, for all those who know that it’s an International weekend, England actually play on the friday night so there would be no clash of interest.

Please let us know your interest ASAP

Red Membership – Update from L.F.C.

July 9th, 2010

The following e-mail was received at 17:04 hours today,

Dear Branch Secretary,

As stated in yesterday’s email to branches, we have received quite a few questions and queries regarding the changes to the new branch structure.

We have received a lot of excellent and detailed questions and up to 4.30pm today, questions were still being sent in. In order to accommodate every branch and to ensure that we have answered every question thoroughly, we have decided to include these latest questions and send a comprehensive list of FAQs to branches early next week.

It is hugely important that all questions are considered and responded to in full, so please bear with us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

Red Membership – Important Message

July 8th, 2010

It is important that our members do not renew or join the Red Membership until all aspects are fully explained to them, we hope to do this by latest Monday 12th July.

There will be a direct link to join via the Branch network, this means that each individual will be given the chance to register as being a member of the “Grimsby” Branch, it is most important that this is done as this is vital to our Supporters Club’s allocation of tickets for the second half of the season, if you do not do this then you will not be linked to our Branch.

So please do not log on to the main LFC web-site Red Membership scheme, we will give you the URL to use in our next circular.

Also I believe Branches will be offered a £5 discount for each person signing up, we of course aim to pass this onto the individual’s concerned (we are just awaiting further information on how this is actioned).

Therefore please DO NOT do anything at present and await our next circular which will be issued latest monday 12th.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Kevin.
