Club member Daniel Heron was fortunate to bump into Reds legend John Barnes outside Anfield on sunday prior to the match against Barcelona, oops sorry Blackburn Rovers and duly had his picture taken.

The Home match against West Ham United scheduled for Saturday 17th April has been put back to Monday 19th kick off 8pm and will be shown live on ESPN.
Sky have not published their April live fixtures but the reds only have Fulham at home during the month and the fixture is already put back until the Sunday because of the Grand National on the Saturday so this is not expected to change.

We asked you to send us your photos from our January function evening nearly two weeks ago, what a night that was with our main guest ex Red’s star Jan Molby ably supported by the many voices of Darren Farley and The Secretary of the Official Merseyside Branch of the AIB Les Lawson.

We still have a few tickets left for next Thursday’s Europa League match against Unirea and with it being half term why not treat the kids, what’s more by attending this fixture you will qualify for a ticket for the next round if the Reds overcome their opponents, and for £50 all in which includes executive luxury travel to Anfield, what are you waiting for !

During our function last Thursday we had
four raffle prizes, the first three being to members at no charge, with the last prize open to all attendees on
the night.
The first and third prizes were an autographed ball from
this season’s squad, with the middle prize being a signed team photo of the lates 1990’s squad. The last prize was
a football in a presentation case which had been signed by Fernando Torres & Peter Crouch

Our annual function scheduled for tomrrow is a sell out.
75 members and their 25 guests will pack in to the function room at the Cleethorpes Constitutional Club which will be our largest attended annual function since we started these 5 years ago.
The main guest is Jan Molby (pictured right) supported by the many voices of Darren Farley, and also Les Lawson.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR THE ROADWORKS ON GRIMSBY ROAD APPROACHING THE CONS CLUB.
