We are delighted to inform our members that ex reds player David Fairclough has accepted our invitation to be our main speaker in a question and answer session to be held at the Cleethorpes Constitutional Club on Thursday 29th January 2009.
David (aka ‘The Bionic Carrot’ / ‘Super Sub’) follows Ronnie Whelan, Alan Kennedy and Phil Neal who have appeared in previous years.
George Sephton, the voice of Anfield, will kick off the evening, full details of which will follow in due course.

Liverpool bade an emotional farewell to a legend when Emlyn Hughes passed away on this day in 2004, The two-time European Cup winning captain died at the age of 57 after a long battle with a brain tumour.
Those lucky enough to see him play will recall his boundless enthusiasm, one hundred per cent commitment to the cause and unrelenting passion for the club. (more…)

Following a routine inspection, we have been asked by the Secretary of the Liverpool Supporters Club (Lower Breck Road, Liverpool) that membership cards must be shown on entry to the club.
Our own Supporters Club give a fixed amount each year to the club which enables our members to use the facilities both before and after each match.
All you have to do is to ensure that you show your membership cards from our own supporters club which you receive after you have paid your membership subscriptions.

We are pleased to announce that Andy Crane has been appointed on to the Committee by the Officers with immediate effect.
